Based on feedback from parents, oatmeal, apple sauce and yogurt are great foods to mix with Stage 3! We recommend mixing with whatever food your child enjoys eating to ensure consistent consumption. If your baby is not consistently eating solids, Stages 1 and 2 offer a great way to feed your baby the most important allergens through a bottle of breast milk or formula.
