Babies with eczema have a 1 in 3 chance of developing food allergies. Infants with eczema should be introduced to allergens such as milk and egg at 4-6 months of age. Even if your baby is not yet ready for solids (as most aren't at 4 months), our packets can be added to a bottle with breast milk or formula. The 2020 USDA-HHS Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee Report released in July 2020 also recommends “introducing peanut and egg in an age-appropriate form, in the first year of life (after age 4 months).”
