If you signed up for a 3 Month Payment Plan, a 6 Month Payment Plan, or a 12 Month Payment Plan, you do not need to take any action to cancel. It will not automatically renew at the end of the term. If you signed up for a 6 Month Payment Plan on or before February 12th, 2021, please contact customer support for assistance with stopping your plan.
If you signed up for a Month-to-Month Plan you will need to request a cancellation through customer service. To help expedite your request, please provide an order number to locate your information.
