If you signed up for a 3 Month Payment Plan, a 6 Month Payment Plan, or the Complete System 12 Month Payment Plan, you do not need to take any action to cancel. It will not automatically renew at the end of the term. If you signed up for a 6 Month Payment Plan on or before February 12th, 2021, please contact customer support for assistance with stopping your plan.
If you signed up for a Month-to-Month Plan you will need to request a cancellation through customer service. To help expedite your request, please provide an invoice number to locate your information.
