Orders are processed Monday - Friday, and within 24 hours of the charge. If your order is placed on a weekend day or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.
Shipping may take 3-6 business days depending on where you live in the United States. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, and shipments around weekends and holidays may take longer depending on the carrier. Shipments are sent via UPS or USPS.
Please note, that tracking details may not populate for up to 2-3 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email. Your tracking number may also reflect that it is "invalid" on the UPS/USPS tracking page until the courier updates their system.
Once an order is placed or charged it will still be shipped to you given the shipping process has started. The order cannot be further edited or cancelled. If you're having issues receiving your order, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
