We recommend adding the daily supplement of Ready, Set, Food to your child's bottle, or mixed into solid food, at the beginning of the day to monitor any potential reactions that may occur 2-4 hours after consumption.
To easily identify an allergic reaction, do not start using Ready, Set, Food if your baby is not feeling well. For example. if your baby is still getting over a cold, or toothache, etc. We recommend waiting until your baby feels better to start our program.
In the 2020 USDA Dietary Guideline Report, it is recommended to begin early allergen introduction to allergens, such as peanuts and eggs, as early as 4 months of age to reduce the risk of a food allergy developing. In the landmark clinical trials with over 2,000 infant participants, no severe or anaphylaxis reactions were reported during early allergen introduction. Additionally, the studies found that the earlier a child begins allergen introduction, the less likely the child is to develop a food allergy.
