All purchases are non-refundable. If there are issues with your order, please contact customer support within 30 days of the billing invoice date for further assistance. Be sure to include the invoice number to help expedite your request.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns. If there are issues with your order, please contact customer support within 30 days of the billing invoice date for further assistance.
Cancellations for 6 Month & 12 Month Plans
Any order in progress will still be shipped to you, and cannot be further edited or cancelled. If you purchased the 6 Month Plan or the Complete System 12 Month Plan, you do not need to take any action to cancel. It will not automatically renew at the end of the term. If you would still like to cancel prior to completing the term, an early cancellation fee will be charged depending on the number of remaining payments left.
*If you purchased the 6 Month Plan on or before February 12th, 2021, please contact customer support for assistance with cancelling your plan. If you purchased our older Monthly Plan priced at $49.99/mo, cancellations are applied to future orders. Any current order in progress will still be shipped.
